Small minds at work.
I have an idea lets close PIT down completely (Hangers too), it just isn't in the companies long term interest to keep any of you around. It is so funny how you here so much about how bad PHL is but the real ####'ers and complainers are all in PIT!

I picked it up on an ORF overnight years ago, and haven't been able to get rid of it since.
It amazes me how often you attack your fellow crew members in print when you can. I was not referring only to crew members. Let's also consider mechanics, rampers, ticket agents, etc, etc that commute....duh...Thank you for saying exactly what I was thinking as I read through this topic.
It is simply amazing that crew members who have been around this long can really be victims of the "It's All About Me" syndrome.

That is not true, MTC has had stations shutdown before and along side crew bases.
SAN, UCA, ILM, INT, GSO, BUR, ONT, and about a dozen others, we have had commuters from the West Coast since the early 90s.
Don't let the facts get in your way!
Aren't flight crews required to live within a certain distance from their base? Just asking. All SW has to do is cancel two flights on a weekday and they will wipe out our TransAtlantic Div. employee wise. Sad but true!
now that's funny, did you get your med's mixed up...with a brain trust plan like that you may get a job in the marketing deptI think instead of having a widebody on the ground in PHL for a couple of hours waiting to turn international, they should have an A330 do a quick PIT turn. This would allow a lot of seats for commuters each way and help make the employees happy.
