I could swear that I've purchased a ZED for my parents in the past, yet someone told me yesterday that to use a ZED the employee must also be traveling. Can someone clarify if this is the case? <_<
Let IT get The Hub working faster and more efficient, then the IVR number working correctly first..this would be a lot of help to employees right now...Here's an idea?
Why can we not do ZEDS from the hub and have it billed to a cc or debit acct?
