Wow, Desperate Dave is at it again with old meaningless clips..........

Grabber and Buyme didn't change a single word of any contract. But ironically the courts did aid in completely separating the three groups into their respective corners of the boxing ring, so to speak, so when the BOA finishes, no one can have any viable gripes.

Yea...because quoting US District Court JUDGES, seasoned ARBITRATORS, and wise legal COUNSEL (Not to mention El' Presidente' Cleary) is "desperate" vs. some old blog & ancient Ansett videos is MUCH less desperate.... idiots.

Dude....if you are going to intelligently participate....it's GRABER (as in the Honorable Susan P. Graber) and BYBEE (as in the Honorable Jay Scott Bybee).  Three groups but TWO lists (this according to both the APA & the West Committee).  Keep raging against the machine, you've got nothing to worry about....

Once again a total lack of understanding of what has happened.
 
What the judges did was throw the scab union out of the ring for using low blows.
 
So, we have three groups, two airlines and two lists.  
 
When the BOA publishes their award, there will be plenty of complaints, particularly from the scab union supporters, who, like yourself, have no idea of the situation they are in.
 
Oh, and BTW, didn't the contracts in place say uscaba would have a seat at the arbitration panel?  and did the judges not change that part of the contract?

Hum....APA championed the Nicolau list. We argued for the Nicolau List. The Pre-Arb panel mentioned it in those proceedings.
