I don't think that upper management should be outscourced. They should be laid off, and their secretaries hired to replace them. You could pay the secretaries $100,000 a year and save tons of money!

Well the TWU International who "represent" mechanic and related already have a secretary or two who are compensated in excess of $100,000.
