I don't know about "all the times" there might have been a few posts at first when they started crossing but not many at all. It was getting confusing for me to keep up with who is who so I separated the groups into AMFA Boys, AMFA Scabs and Scabs. Scabs being the original Scabs that crossed who got to wear the Dougie Stealin blue polo shirts that Jenny@NW adores so much.

I hate to inform you local that there is no solution. The American people are so divided and set in their ways that there is no chance of bringing enough people together to make a difference. Americans are split by religion, race, sex, financial class, political party, careers and cultures. How do you bring all these people together? Lets keep it small and stick with aviation. I am certain we have already had this discussion and you didn't like the obvious conclusion that was coming up. It could have been with Big E but I'm pretty certain it was with you. How do you pull all the crafts together and have them work together as a cohesive force? Take the AMFA Boys at Spirit. They are fighting their fight at NWA but at the same time they giving Spirit the opportunity to run all of its mechanics off before they can even begin their fight. The AMFA Boys are bond by their "Solidarity" to fight NWA but could care less what happens to the mechanics at Spirit. If they were so worried about their craft as Ken is shouldn't they tell Spirit that if they lay-off any directs that they are all going to walk? The largest group of Americans is the middle class that is being taxed at a rate of 35 to 45 percent depending on the individuals situation and our wonderful republican and democratic parties are still looking for ways to get more out of us. What is the middle class doing about it? Nothing at all. Here is a common issue that effects every middle class American out there yet there is no way to get them to work together to bring this ignorance to an end.

Take the AMFA Boys at Spirit. They are fighting their fight at NWA but at the same time they giving Spirit the opportunity to run all of its mechanics off before they can even begin their fight. Spirit mechanics should have organized...I don't believe the "AMFA Boys" as you like to refer to, are forcing spirit's hand in anything. there was no strike, so no one is stealing jobs.

Here is a common issue that effects every middle class American out there yet there is no way to get them to work together to bring this ignorance to an end.

I am looking forward to the moment when you get to enjoy the same feeling. Could it be that the mechanics have no representation by choice and no contract to which the company must abide? What job protection are they entitled to? Why is Sprit running off its mechanics? What do you think will happen if NWA wants to cut more costs and decides to offer mechanics $3 hr less...take it or leave it? Sure you claim you will leave and I just bet they will have someone waiting in the wings to take you position. Its just a continuous cycle with no light at the end of the tunnel.
Bottom line is unions are a necessary evil especially in this business.

Those are also the same features that is going to make this a Socialist country. I bet your one of the idiots that think immigration is still a good thing for this country? Why don't you tell a few million illegal Mexicans that they need to go on strike and quit working for eight bucks an hour. Then tell the millions on welfare that they need to vote in a government that is going to drastically reduce welfare so they can lighten the tax load on the middle class. Tell the religions to vote in a government that will bring this idiotic senseless war on drugs to an end. That we are going to make narcotics as available as a beer and a pack of smokes so we can put a heavy tax on it generating millions if not billions, save billions in law enforcement, prison/jail capacity and remove the criminal element from it.

Do something that makes sense. I tell you what local you organize the middle class so that on a give day everyone that is a part of the middle class goes to HR and files exempt on their taxes, then don't file at all. I will be the first in line. The problem with you union guys is that you are divided you have no means of achieving you goals and you are small-minded.

I think Legal immigration is good, we are a melting pot of Ideas for a better world. my family came from scotland and ireland without two cents, yet they poured their blood and soul into this country to have a place to call home and defend your freedom.

Again I ask you where were jobs stolen? Spirit has no contract with its employees, where is their hand forced to abide by rules?
