Why is open language in our contract any different than Legislation that no one knows where it will end up?

You are making claims based upon a poorly worded inarticulate response from Nancy Pelosi that has been spun out of context by the extreme right but let me explain one difference, the ACA is thousands of pages long, and is pretty specific, if anything there is too much info to process which is very different than saying that we are going to have a gain sharing plan with no specifics whatsoever but you should vote yes because of it then a year into the deal still no specifics, not even a meeting. The Gain sharing plan was sold as a reason to vote for this deal by Overspeed and Don Videtich. So here we are a year later and we have Dons alter ego saying thats its the company's fault for not scheduling any meetings and the Local Presidents fault for not filing a grievance. Why would the company schedule a meeting for something where in theory they would have to share what they took from us? The Presidents do not own the contract, the International does, what would they grieve? where is the violation when the International has allowed the company to not settle this? If anything the members should file a DFR against Don Videtich and the International for promising something and then not following through or even making any effort to put something in place. Thats the difference but as I type this I know I'm wasting my time because you have already made up your narrow little mind.
