Agree, there will probably be breaking news even before then, since it is to the company's advantage to address well in advance of the the end of the exclusionary period. That would give them time to respond and adjust to UCC concerns or questions while still in that period.

Now that they have their union issues resolved with consensual agreements and pilot abrigation, i think things are going to move along at a faster pace.
