PTO's NWA Scab Career...

Most people I know who faced q&A got fired or were told to "resign". The only person I know that didn't was good with his mouth.
the last line is good! the only person that didnt get fired was PTO but of course it probably is coming anyhow!

I just reread my original post, where do you guys come up with all of this BS that the cards are stacked against me? There are not any charges at all against me. Let me say this one more time. There is not a "Racial Discrimination" issue here. Not once was race brought up during the Q&A. Not one single time nor was there even a hint of it. Why are you guys having such a hard time with that?

You just don't get it.

The odds are very good that HR has already read this thread and has connected the dots; your "ninth-ward" comment no doubt upped the ante substantially. It's only a matter of time now until you're asked to resign (probably with a couple of security guard escorts to the gate).

I won't speak for the others who have posted here but I can speak from my personal experience dealing with race discrimination cases, the national mediation board and NWA. In one case all three of these.

Real or not real, once someone claims race or gender discrimination the objective of the national mediaton board, NWA and anyone else involved is to be clear of any pending or potential for litigation. If you are entering this case as a caucasion male and the "finger" is being pointed at you...YOU'RE MOST LIKELY WADING IN DEEP DOO DOO.

What you have to look foward to is something like 2-3 hours of being grilled by attorneys. You will be asked the same questions five or six different ways. Attorneys will try to aggrevate you (and they're good at it).

Judging from what you have posted and from what NWA has done in the past the odds of you being sacrificed are huge.

I understand that I'm writing what you don't want to read but this is one message that is well founded.

"Don't hate the player...hate the game".

1. Unless you come out right now and say the other person is the same race as you are, there's a racial issue there. Even if you (or your actions) never meant for there to be one, in NW's eyes it exists.

2. Insubordination is not something NW suffers gladly. Fact is you refused an assignment. You can argue all day about the quality of this guy's work, but unless it's verifiable, it won't matter.

3. You yourself have mentioned numerous times that you were in over you head.

Two or three weeks ago three SCABs were terminated for racial harrassment after two SCABs of minority heritage complained to HR. Since I only know the name of one of the SCABs who was fired I'm not sure if PTO was among them.

Such a love-fest! LOL

"Jerry, Jerry"...I LOVE IT. Springer could host PTO/Studhoss/Czar in a debate vs the combatants who went to HR. HA HA HA!

This morning I was shopping at Menards when I saw and visited with one of the striking mechanics from NWA. One of the SCABS who had been fired phoned him wanting to be taken back into the fold. THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN! Tales of this episode have kept me laughing all day.

No trolling here TWU as far as an outcome goes there has not been one as of yet. I don't know if that is good or bad but this thing does seem to be dragging out. Is this normal? As a contractor things of this nature are handled either that day or the following day. This is getting ridiculous.

Well, if the Houstonian is basically lazy, then more than likely the company was already aware of his "lack of initiative" to work. Since you spotted it and voiced it, and willing to put it in writing, then the company got a "scape goat"...you.

If he gets terminated, you will be known on the property as the benedict/managment want-a-be goon.

That's why a "union" could of handled this through "professional standards" and avoided termination while getting his bahavior to change or the next step would be management. These write ups through the union are confidential, and your name would have been kept out of it.
