I think it is to late for that advice Former ModerAAtor. It has already begun. Do you think the proud AMFA Boys here wish to be labeled scabs? Under the circumstances I think not. They are brave men that had to go against everything they believed in. I know it was tough for everyone of them to through out all the superstitions and taboos of unionism to come back to work before their jobs completely disappeared. As I type this I am working with the Number one AMFA Boy that crossed the picket line he is a great mechanic that is two years from retirement. He was very reluctant to cross but knew if he did he would be throwing away his hard earned retirement. Where could he go to replace that? The man is fifty-nine years old and you guys want him to start a new career. How sad you people are.

Well as painful as it may be, if the individual you mentioned crossed AMFAs picket line then he is a SCAB, end of story. As far as "retirement" I wouldn't hold out much hope for that in its current state. It seems NWA is attempting to dispose of their defined benefit plans like UAL/US did under chap 11 and if successful,well lets just say hes going to be suprised.

First of all, you violence inclined neanderthals might ask striker Brian at dtw what happens when you get violent with us.
Second I bought a 500.00 pos to drive just in case of violence inclined neanderthals.
Third, you are gonna have problems with alot of the guys who have crossed, they like us they like our work ethic they like the fact that they got to come back to work when if it had been up to amfa they would never have gotten the opportunity to come back because they only had around 15 years seniority.
Forth it is not all up to seniority it is also up to PERFORMANCE, and you only have call back for 2006 so dont hold your breath, you will probably turn blue.

Third, I am guessing you don't work for AA since you have no idea where we are located. We are in the flight academy. We do not have cubicles, we are on a open floor with desks along with tracking, hotel limo and dispatch.

PERSONALLY, I DONT GIVE A BUCKET OF WARM SPIT WHAT THE HELL THEY THINK OF ME,AS LONG AS THEY CAN DELIVER A QUALITY AIRCRAFT ON TIME ON TARGET.
