Who would like to answer this difficult question?

Trump and the Republicans gave corporations a huge tax cut, and the promised that this would create jobs and increase pay. It was even called the Tax Cut and Jobs Act. To the Trump supporter, this was him keeping his campaign promise..well...at least half of it. What they got was a tax cut, but rather than create jobs or increase pay, companies did over a trillion dollars in stock buybacks, which create zero jobs.

The tax cut was supposed to bring this money overses back to the US....the tax cut was suppose to let companies keep more of their profits. That SHOULD mean that companies would use this newfound cash to do SOMETHING. But they bought back stock. But that's okay...you guy got about an $1800 tax cut yourself. Who knew Americans could be so easily bought.

And again...I was responding to a post about "help wanted " signs all over town...proof positive that jobs are being created. But I've never seen a "help wanted" sign posted outside a Fortune 500 company. I've never seen a "help wanted" sign in front of an auto plant or steel mill. And I believe that the people in Michigan and Ohio who voted for Trump based on his promise of jobs were thinking more along the lines of the jobs that they lost - you know, they guy who was being paid $75 per hour to put a bumper on a car (he never was paid that btw) and not a $12 an hour job as a fry cook at a fast food restaurant.

Two jobs "created" by retirement. I notice that they are union jobs..most likely accounts for the higher pay...and most likely accounts for the previous jobholders ability to retire.
Don't worry about that KCFlyer the Left is going to do their part to lower American wages.

A $21,000 Cosmetology School Debt, and a $9-an-Hour Job
Any of you think government loans might have something to do with this?

Education has turned into a giant money laundering scheme.

Schools get a nice income over charging for education and the government collects interest off the loan.

Ever wonder why schools push leftist socialist ideals? This ^^^

The only people that suffer in this scenario are the students.

Bernie Sanders did not care about education. What he cared about was using schools to wash money for the Democratic party and having a captive audience to infuse with political propaganda.

Don't blame democrats for turning education into a money laundering scheme...Business is doing their part. My kid was going to become a physical therapist. Used to require a masters degree, but now it requires a doctorate. She was talking to a current physical therapist and his advice was to go one more year and become a real doctor. They require a doctorate, but there is no increase in pay to go along with the extra $100K in tuition alone at a PUBLIC university.

Hmmm...democrats want illegals so we can lower the pay scale. I can remember the good old days when Republicans would point to an autoworker and say "why should we pay a guy $75 to put a bumper on a car" (a number which was not entirely correct btw). So THEIR solution to "Making America Great Again" was for workers to work for less money. One more time - those voters in Ohio and Michigan who heard Trump tout "jobs jobs jobs" had visions of that guy being paid $75 an hour to put a bumper on a car and NOT a guy being paid $20 an hour with no pension and who had to pay towards his healthcare coverage to put a bumper on a car.

We're busy, and we need people!

We have many projects on the go, including what we believe is currently the largest construction projectin the US, the Shell Cracker Plant. This project is so big that it will eventually have 300 cranes working on it! We've had a couple of hundred rodbusters working there for a whole, and we'll continue to need more, but our greatest need is for Structural Ironworkers and experienced apprentices. There are 200 of our Structural members working at the project now, but by the end of 2018, we project there will be 650.

So we urge you to Apply Today!! Make sure that when we need people with your skills and experience, we know how to contact you. We keep all applications permanently.

No doubt. But the thing is this...on the Republican list of threats to America the top 2 are

1 - Illegal Immigrants
2 - unions.
