Stock Clerks 37

Terminated 12

Might want to add that they left for manAAgement, eagle or stock clerk. This also doesn't include the 3,000 TWAers that have been shown the street since 2001 per the company's NMB testimony.

Most of them were found to be deceased, retired or resigned. There are 254 of them still on RIF. This also is a TITLE I number only.

Interesting how few get terminated. Approx 4 per year, which either speaks well of the workgroup, or reflects how good the union is at stopping people from being fired.

The numbers provided above account for only 3500 of the 4000. That would mean 500 resignations, which is a more shocking number to me.

The company usually goes for termination, the union fights it, and it ends up in front of mandatory arbitration. The arbitrator ends up deciding.

500 is around right. As far as terminations, don't forget those who resigned under the threat of termination.

Lets not forget about all the stand in stead’s that don’t show as retired. If they were not of retirement age the show as inactive.
