2 days this month so far with 100% completion

They have ALWAYS done their jobs. The responsibility/Accountability lies with Senior Management. A worker is only as good as the person who manages them. Look to WN for a comparison

Sparrow,

Everybody in the entire company knows an element of pilots based east of the Mississippi River conducted an illegal job action and broke the law. Furthermore, Judge Conrad's injunction is not only against USAPA, but every individual pilot. Click here to read the story. The reason the operation returned to normal is that those pilots responsible for disrupting the operation are now doing their job because they're afraid of being individually held accountable and being held in contempt of violating a court order.

Jim, The point being made is there is more to an airline than the pilots....
While I certainly agree with that, even the pilots are mostly a non-factor in the topic of this thread. While a captain can decline to take a particular airplane, the actual decision on whether to cancel or not is made by dispatch. Short of an airport being closed or running out of airworthy airplanes, every day could be a 100% completion day but other factors come into play when dispatch makes that decision.
