762 and 763 power ports disabled?

As I remember from my avionics days at LAX and SFO, the power port system was always problematic. Just my opinion, the components used were of the cheapest quality known to man.

I see the common denominator here. No need to throw it out there, if you pay attention we all know whats up. Very sad state of affairs
