767 Winglets

Saw A/C 389 in DFW a couple of weeks ago with no winglets. Did AA decide against them for the 767? If memory serves me correctly this was the test A/C.

Saw A/C 389 in DFW a couple of weeks ago with no winglets. Did AA decide against them for the 767? If memory serves me correctly this was the test A/C.

389 came to MBV without winglets. We were told that the FAA has to approve the STC based on the flight data collected at MCI. When the STC is approved, 389 will have the winglets re-installed at MCI. A MOD Line site has NOT been selected, so says our UNfavorite HGR 7 mANGER.
