A TOTAL WEEK OF B.S. BY THE TWU

Let the stall tactics begin. It only make sense, to meet with us a week before Christmas, and to pacify the membership to assure their will be no job actions during one of the busiest weeks of air travel. I will be calling a stand-down on the Balls of Steel Alert, this is going no where for a long time. If you have not signed an AMP card please do so. http://www.ampnational.org/

Over 7 and a half years ago Eh Eh raped us. Chicken little promised us a full revote but lied as usual. So after 5 years of this discraceful contract we have been NO gotiateing for over 2 and a half years while the Unelected, untouchable, unaccountable International boys took anywhere from 20 to 50 percent raises. No wonder they are out of touch with our financial burdens and inflation.
The only thing I can make of all these Eh Eh stall tactics is that THEY LOVE DELAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are still Families Under Reduced Pay........7 and half years waiting................

OK Why Not?

A Full day of potential negotiations and the updates come out by noon?

Why?

Go read from the TWU's recap:

....(negotiators) met with the NMB Mediators Jack Kane and Walter Darr, to discuss the logistics for this session. Based on the outcome of those discussions, the M&R Negotiating Committee met to make final selection of Articles to be presented to the Company the following day. This was based on the guidelines given by the Mediator to the Committee to focus on getting all the non-compensatory Articles resolved.

I don't know each article of the contract as well as y'all do, but the ones I do know which were left off the table all impact staffing or compensation.

From lots of experience, it is common practice for a four day meeting to run ahead of schedule, and end a day early. More often than not, we plan the fourth day just in case things get long-winded, and it looks to me like that's what happened here. They planned on four days, but when the company agreed to changes vs. dragging it out, it probably started to run considerably ahead of the agenda.

Since the TWU is the one who polled the membership, it only makes sense that they would be meeting with the NMB to try and figure out how much time to allocate for each of the remaining articles. Having the company there wouldn't have helped much.

The TWU never polled the membership? Thats a lie straight from the TWU not once did we get a poll or was spoken too...... At least not in DFW... They have no Idea what we want....

no polls nothing in ord except from are V.P. ANDY he told me GILBOY KNOWS WHAT YOU WANT

there will be no meeetings or anything else related to the contract being rejected

Well, if the TWU showed up unprepared, then maybe that's why they cancelled Friday negotiations and spent the day with the mediator...

Who else is tired of the proverbial "twu pole"? If your not involved with the AMP drive, now is the time to do something!

We'll keep you fully informed

TWU Negotiating Committee

But it appears a muzzle has been placed on the only real source of information we've had for sometime.

Rest assured, he is Reading though. Just like Marlene, Jimmy L, and the company legal dept.

So using your logic, everyone but the TWU knew that non-compensatory items were all that would be discussed so "we" as you put it planned a fourth day and knew in advance that four days is all that was needed.

It almost sounds as though you knew before the TWU did that non-compensatory items would be only allowed in discussions. Yet the recap says the TWU didn't know until day one when informed by the mediator.

How did you know in advance and who is the "we" you talk about? You have a mouse in your pocket?

Who is running this show anyway?

No pole in MIA either. But then again MIA is one of the loyal twu sheep stations. After the vote of confidence for the T/A maybe thats why no one was "polled"

<_< -------- Olesen! Oleson!------ Is it true that you may have been caught, by informer, in a deception here? Have you in fact been speaking with a "forked tongue," and in fact, maybe this forum has been more than just a "Hobby" for you as you claim??----- My! My! One doesn't know what to think!!!? 😉

I'm totally amazed at some of the comments re: the "negotiation" between AMR and the twu - what in hell did anyone expect this group to do? Something to benefit the membership?

Send a bit of the dope you're smoking this way - it's been a while.

D lay........D lay.......D lay.............D lay!!!!!!! 🙄 🙄 😉 😉
