The planes are ETOPS qualified from the factory I believe.
Well, all the parts are there. The Feds will be on the 1st TLV flight to do the ETOPS cert for the -200.

I've been on quite a few AA and DL aircraft in the last 2 years that where dirty, had broken cabin items, have seen duct tape on both, etc. This is not meant to insulte AA or DL or their employees, only to reconize US is not alone, and from what I see is getting better.

How what plays out? Has a formal grievance been filed over the F/A rest? Is the airline actually violating any part of the contract by providing dedicated coach seats with a curtain? I asked this earlier in this thread, but didn't see an answer. So did CluebyFour. I also pointed to numerous routes AA operates with a 767-300 of similar lengths to the PHL-TLV route where the F/As get a row of coach seats (with footrests) sandwiched between the mid-cabin lav and a bulkhead....Well minus the crew rest debacle. I can't wait to see how that plays out. 🙄
FWIW, I recently flew a R/T on a few 737-400's, and the cabins looked MUCH better to me than they have in a long time. Seats, trays, and carpet were as close to spotless as possibe. The lavs were clean as well, and from what I saw the galleys were also OK. A big improvement over what they were a few years ago.
Both A330-200's are in PHL. The 2nd one arrived in PHL from BFM at 6:04p. What routes are they gonna use the 2nd one on till July 1st?
I heard that this new ac was damaged by the ramp recently?
There was a flight plan in the system last night at 9:00pm for an A332 to ferry PHL - TLV as 9243. It never got off the ground. So I don't know what that was about.
Anyone know why 280 diverted to ORF today on the way to SJU?
