Abortion: Which Side Is Fabricating?

Abortion coverage will never make it out of the Senate Committee version.
The whole idea it is even being considered as an option is outrageous!

makes one wonder why that would even be included?

probably setting the stage for later down the road when they are paying for "everything" like,

Health Care, your Car, your House, your Life.. well in order to expect the Government to keep paying for..
your bills, if you happen to have one to many children.. in order to keep everyone covered..well
there is a provision to take care of it.

(I mean for goodness sakes, the number of abortions that are performed yearly, its not unreasonable to expect someone else to step in and determine who gets what since the "Doc" has a steady stream of customers...right now.)

You guys missed the point of transparency..........can't you see through the smoke and mirrors?

I believe the Messiah described it as 'Reproductive Health care'..............

He is on record voting many times on very touchy reproductive issues which do not favor life for the unborn......... 😱

Pay a little now or pay more later. Orphanages, welfare, juvy court/jail and the list goes on. The woman for what ever reason does not want the child. Not nearly enough people to adopt all the unwanted infants. Not sure what benefit here is in forcing a woman to have a child she does not want. Given that the only people who won't be able to have one will be te ones who cannot afford it, how are they going to afford to raise the child?

Pay now, pay later. Take your pick.

What ever happen to personal responsibility? Reap what you sow? Good vs Poor choices in life?

Oh thats right, it got replaced by the self entitlement that everything should be taken care of for you. Your gas, your mortgage, your health insurance, etc.

Since when do people need to have the government there to protect them from themselves?

Since when do we feel it acceptable to reward failure?

Personally when it comes to abortion what one does on there dime is theres to own. Too bad Ann Durham didn't take that ticket to the local clinic.

Responsibility is a side issue. Your are asking what happened to it. Who cares? Do you think if the tax payer stops paying for abortions that women will think twice about having unprotected sex? May be it will work as well as the death penalty as for stopping murder. Sure it would be nice if people were held accountable for their actions. I think it would also be nice if I could make my self invisible. So much for dreams.

All I am saying is that given the reality that we live in you can pay for the abortion now or the cost of raising the kid later. If you want to base it purely on cost, I think it's cheaper to pay for the abortion. A few hundred bucks and it's over. If you want to bring morality in on it then you have to pay for prenatal care, child birth, food, clothing, child care, education at least through 12th grade. The it's up to the kid. Assuming the kid is lucky, they actually pay attention in school, get a scholar ship to college and become a productive member of society. If the kid takes the other path, then the costs will increase. Or the costs could fall somewhere in between.

So pick you pick... morality or cost? Personally I pick cost.

I am hoping you did not imply it would be cost effective (O.M.G.) to have an abortion because the alternative, the child may end up in juvy or jail so its the "cheaper route" to go? 😱

that is not what you meant?

right?

if so...

is it even a remote possibility.. the child would grow up to be a productive member of society and not a 'juvy court case' or 'hardened criminal'?

that was taken as a consideration?

what?

Yes it is what I meant. If you believe the right, children who grow up in singe parent homes are more likely to be a 'problem'. After all, the break down of the family is the root of most of most of our problems. Right?

Sure, the kid could grow up to the the next Jonas Salk, Einstein, Wright ... or Dahlmer, Manson, Rader.

By the way, maybe next time you can red the entire post. Had you done so you would have seen your question was addressed.

So how much tax payer money are you willing to spend taking care of the kids who are not waned?
