AGENTS BID CHANGED AFTER ALL SUBMITTED THEIR CHOICE

HOW CAN the shift manager,(who was once an agent) do this?

Part time line, weekends off, straight 20hr line, no 3.5 hr on monday till AFTER BID WAS AWARDED TO P/T AGENT!!!!!!

HOW CAN THEY DO THIS?

I ADVISED CALL UNION REP!

4.0 HR ON PUBLIC BID, THEN 3.5 hrs AFTER IT WAS AWARDED, WITH 30MIN UNPAID LUNCH..

Kinda hard to say when we don't know what union, but I'm guessing they can't. Well, they CAN, but they're violating the CBA by doing so. The Fleet CBA permits adjusting start and end times, but I believe that's for the entire shift, not just one side.

Call John Hansen tomorrow in BOS. He will tell you if you should grieve it or not.

Done deal-did speak to him, I will pass info to agent..They can change bid, but now will have to re-bid asap..Im bringing my CBA book in..I can see where this will go-any agent involved in this will continually HARRASSED.

Especially when bid time comes. We have crappy schedules anymore, shift manager, who was agent @ 1time, now has turned the other cheek..How quickly they forget..
Tempe needs to transfer out alot of these incompetants!
