There is a difference between "mainstream" media and the truth, and what Americans EXPECT their media outlets to do........Ask the questions the MSM does not. That is precisely why you, and others despise FOX NEWS.

I have seen many instances of people like yourself trying in vain to make a mockery of the "fair & balanced" slogan used by FOX NEWS. Every major talking head on FOX NEWS........except for Glenn Beck(see...i'm fair and balanced), has an opposing host along with a friendly host. If an opposing host refused, that is noted prior to the segment. If you do no know that, you truly should watch FOX NEWS regularly and then make an informed decision.

Yes, I do have a big issue with accusations not supported by evidence. I have no problem believing that HP made the claim you state. That is one site. I just say though that HP does not strike me as a "news site". I rate them up there with that News Daily site or what ever it is called, Drudge Report and the rest of them. They are entertainment rags with a very obvious bent. But to each their own. My point still stands, you implied in your OP that it would be a mass event. One site does not a conspiracy make.

Regarding Foxnews. Any news organization that has to tell you they are fair and balanced (I think CBS had a tag line like that to for a little while also) has a credibility issue.

Fox asks the tough questions when it is convenient for them to do and when it suits their purpose. Just as the rest of MSM. They did not ask the tough questions from 2000 to 2008. And that is fine, I do not expect them to do so, just as I do not expect the other news out lets to ask the really tough questions for the next 3 to 7 years. Fair and balanced my butt.

Like I said.............I used to watch little Katie but noticed other 'things' going on that weren't getting coverage that IMHO should. And I d say the same against Fox.

Remember too, Fox News came into being in a traditionally liberal controlled media for many many years....so what do you expect from the left? Hug's and kisses?

I hear the ratings of American Idle and Surivir are pretty good as well. If you look at the tapes from Little Rock, seems segregation was quite popular as well.

Something to also keep in mind. There is only one source of news that caters to the right, there are several sources of news that cater to the center and center left. So of course Fox is going to be higher.

What someone does in their private life does not necessarily reflect on other aspects of their life. A huge portion of society cheats. Like the IRS or not it is the law and most people would have no problem stealing from the IRS. Speed limits are clearly posted on most roads and people are clearly willing to break the law and speed and will give al manner of reason to justify it (my self included). There have been numerous examples of people in need of help while people just drive/walk by like nothing is happening. Are they always bad people? So a guy bangs his assistant and cheats on his wife.... Ohhhhhhhhh like that has never happened before? Ginrich did the same thing and he served his wife papers while she was in the hospital no less. That is all kind of low in my book. If he is a good politician and gets things done for his constituents that's all I care about. For me, if he hurt animals then I'll vote the SOB out in a heart beat. Steal money from old people. Vote him out. Screw someone on the side. I guess I just don't give a crap about that. Everyone does it, well a lot of people do.
