It's a shame that the grandiose plans of an ambitious ceo have driven a spike between two large employee groups, thus making bitter enemies. It's happened before and will happen again as we all know the bottom line comes 1st and the employees last...
As far as "arrogant..." DL employees, we on the other hand can point our fingers at those employees of bigger carriers than ours, such as UA & AA, especially in outlying stations where our numbers are few...I've had good/bad experiences with all of them, and I'm sure they can all say the same about DL.
If anyone get screwed, it will probably be the HP employees as they are the youngest, but then mangement can alter the rules to make things work as they wish, sometimes so, that unions are powerless to do anything...Are DL Agents/FA's better off being union or non union? Who are You to criticize that question at this point in time.
