i wish that this had been an in the house thing long before and those 21 folks could have been around today i hope our mgmt will read this board and stop trying to out source the heavy maintaince on the airbus.

Management may very well read about this, but it won't change a thing because a condition called GREED is much stronger than any fear of what could happen.
