No that is illegal. But an arm wrestling match is something we can have. I suggest a contest, for your case, where matching wit's is not graded.

It sounds like you are baiting me so I can go to the cornfield and not bring up information that you may be uncomfortable with.

This is off topic, maybe we should discuss this in the flame baiting topic you posted on this board.
 
The MDA issue is not going to go away, and they need to settle it before there are any merged pilot or F/A lists with anybody. The company, AFA, and ALPA need to just cough up and admit thier fault, make it right for those few hundred people, and let everyone move on. You can't just throw money at it. Admit these people worked here, and treat them accordingly for seniority and longevity purposes.

Its not going away, and throwing money at it wont make it. All or None!

What makes this particularly difficult is that the MDA employees affected by this have many employees senior to them that were on voluntary furlough. Obviously the employees that were senior to them at USAir must always remain senior to them. So the MDA employees (many being relatively junior) are not the only ones that benefit from winning the lawsuit. Justifying the Nicolau award (even if one agrees with the method used) may become problematic.

You also claimed (indirectly) to be an east pilot, which is quite obviously false.

You have no true insight as to what's going on and, looking back at your posts, nothing to offer.

I am a East f/o. I had to work hard to arrive at my humble station in life. I am a lot like you. I have watched my significant other soothe sick children and comfort elderly relatives that were dying. Your mistake is you look at me as less than human.

Treat me like you expect to be treated, anything else is disrespect towards me that will only rejuvenate my energy to destroy your selfish cause.
