Brought back memories ....seeing my ol' 'Navy Whites' again. (Good shot of the sailor on the flight deck with that 'Flat top' underway !

Very emotional slideshow
It's all good, so far as it goes, and sure to stir the emotions of all who served.
Our servicemembers' sacrifices are sure a thing to be proud of and thankful for.
Still, The military is not the sum total of "America", nor should it be.
The civil rights marches and anti-war demonstrations of the 60's are just as much a part of the fabric of America as anything in your video. So are the gay rights marches of recent years, the decay and rebirth of the domestic auto industry, and the creeping legalization of adults' right to choose to light up a bud instead of downing one.
The Cold War references will never apply to or justify Viet Nam, or Iraq II, or McCain's oft-expressed idea that the US should police the world.
This presentation equates exactly to the "brain washing propaganda" we were all told in grade school that those same evil commies subjected their kids to.
Ronnie, as far right as he was then, would still never stand a chance among today's version of the GOP. Too liberal. Might actually support the child tax credit, background checks for gun buyers, or an assault weapons ban.
