NEGOTIATIONS:
"Only thing that I have been told so far today about the meetings on Monday and Tuesday with the company is that conversations were done to clear up some different opinions on some language in a few of the articles that we had. (T/A,D) And that those issues were fixed. No progress on any of the big issues that remain. So I know what your thinking, if this is all that was done, why couldn't a phone call have been done to fix those issues. Anyway, thats all that I have on the meetings. Maybe the association will put out a official word in the next few days. I would assume they would put something out to comment on this past week. If I hear of anything else, I of course will update everyone."

Worse than 3rd hand its usually sombodys interpretation more often than not an emotional somebody who is clearly biasedactually, nobody other than Sito or Alex have seen the full company proposal. The negotiation committees are told a recap. The company has called the association bull crap by correcting some clean lies by Sito. The union is saying the company is lying. Both cant be correct about some things so someone definately is lying. We dont know because we have been given 3rd hand play by play, by both.

Only Envoy is in IAH which is going to be TWU at some point. Piedmont was in reference to Charlotte. Mainline left IAH ramp side in bankruptcy as well as AMT's.So in IAH you got three entities Piedmont Express, Envoy, mainline AA all working 26 mainline flights. Now that sounds like one big harmonized party

I don't want info from 2015 I would like current info. Do you honestly think things haven't changed in the last three years.December 2015. 90% of what they asked for is right there.

Agree. The company is winning the PR war because the ASS is to bogged down with to many different agendas. I have talked to alot of people at my station and everyone i've talked to except the union reps want to vote.This update is the most important update ever. It is very telling.
The union says that things are at an impasse. They want us to focus on that. This suggest that they will not bring a TA but rather step aside and allow the company to present its offer to the members for a vote. I repeat, this update suggest that the offer will be voted upon without union agreement.
This happened 15 years ago. Same ****. But if the proposal is voted upon, it will pass by 95% since nobody has confidence in the Association.
