Absouloutly positively wrong. I was at both of them in dfw and at hdq. Banging a twu sign, not an association sign because YOU never showed up. And yes i know what i was walking for. Do you? I dont think you do.
I’d love to hear......

Of COURSE you were there. I’m sure.. it was in your own backyard...be tough to come on here and toot your own horn if you didn’t show. Pretty convenient for you I’d say. .. How much effort did it take to go around the block? Did you make your own sign? Or did others do that work too? Were you in NY??

Lol. Thats a good one chief. I was actually pretty active, i have seen the light though.
Just for info it wouldbe over $50.00 an hour for maintemance. I have been telling gary from the beginning hes negotiating against the company and the iam. Please let me know when the iam will actually join the fight. What is the iam organizing to do? I have worked union jobs for over 40 years and this is the most embarrasing orginization i have ever been ashamed to be a member of. Rest assured my days of carrying the union line are done. I will not walk in circles again.

Shocker

You spin very well. Again please fill us in on what the iam is actually planning?

Oh...$50+ an hour....sorry being that this is a fleet thread I didn’t realize you were Mtc. My bad. But hey...no matter....even more reason to sit back, put your feet up and watch...

Actually the twu provided the sign.
Where is your sign? The one you carried in anyone's backyard?

No spin.....you apparently don’t appreciate anything being done for you or anyone that’s doing it. Hey...relax.....GO COWBOYS!

It says "american airlines and labor negotiations" not "american airlines fleet service labor negotiations"
Again please provide an adress to the backyard where you carried your sign.

That’s what I said....someone else made the sign for you....you probably had a complaint about the handle of it or the size or the color....

You spin well. If you were there you would have noticed the signs had no handles.
If you actually got up from your comfy couch to hold a sign....

I do appreciate whats done for me, thats a little different from appreciating whats being done TO me.

Please do spin away, its always easier to spin then prove it with actions. Again i ask what is the iam planning?

See... there it is. The complaint...the signs didn’t have handles... TO YOU??? Get real... anything being done TO you is being done by the company. Anything being done FOR you is being done by the UNION. So instead of supporting who is doing something FOR you, you’d rather sit back and complain that they aren’t doing it to your satisfaction. Relax....GO COWBOYS!!!

Lol. I wasnt a complaint it was an observation, one you were not able to make.
Good spin!

Tim, I disagree with you that CB and the other IAM negotiators sold it's members down the river on Medical.
I actually believe the opposite. I think the IAM refused to budge on their Healthcare so AA decided to play hard ball with Scope. I still don't see the IAM being able to keep it, nor do I see us getting ours lowered any. If Scope is the most important thing, you might want to rethink your Medical situation.
they havent agreed yet but the leverage against Charlie and Sito is that BOTH voted to recommend United iam members to accept 400% health care increases.
Consider for a moment, that you are Parker. Wouldnt you ask for the same thing if these guys gave your competitor the same?

As it turns out, thats exactly what parker is wanting and we shouldnt be surprised.

I tried to tell charlie but he wouldnt listen and said it wouldnt affect us. Weez said the same and told me to "stay out" of United dabblings.

If charlie and the iam kept good insurance at united, then we would have had a contract here 2 years ago.

Question Tim or whomever may know the answer. Although unlikely. can AA and the Association meet anytime without the mediator, or does Section 6 stipulate when, where and with a mediator?
section 6 never ever involves a mediator until a couple years, with exception of mutual expedited. I believe expedited is framed on a mediator schedule but im guessing if things go good that the mediator wouldnt mind the 2 coming to terms without her/him.
