I love my job and Im thankful that the company bumped my pay up 15% and tossed in profit sharing just to bring things up to non union delta. And Uncle Jerry's proposal is the best it's going to get since the union burned all of our leverage, so I'll be pushing a yes vote because the next one will be worse.

BTW, nobody can stop the IAM thugs from getting their pay raises. Heck they could have given themselves $200,000 and nobody would show up to vote against it at 6am in the morning. Just proves that I'm right and the best thing I did was resign from this awful corporate anti worker union.

I exhausted everything within the Constitution and they kept building walls to obstruct votes, so it was time for me to once again piss inside the tent instead of piss outside the tent. I'm fairly excited for the new union. It will be up to members across the US to organize into it, but at least there will be a choice instead of just TWU or IAM or any other AFLCIO corporate union.

I accepted a gig I like back in 1995. That was a job at AA. It has days it’s a little taxing but overall it could be a lot worse.

LUS original Piedmont Airlines Ramp and Passenger Service Agents have a Social Security offset in their Pensions.

Moreover the AA Passenger Service Agents have a newly negotiated contact with a expanded scope group of employees CAR (customer assistance representative) with a lower pay scale doing core work. Less not forget the whipsawing outsource contract piedmont and envoy express CWA represented employees doing mainline work

I didn’t know about that offset. We never had that in our TWU Contract. I receive my full value from the day it was frozen.

Not at all poof. I still have a DBP it just doesn’t accumulate any more value past what it was when it was frozen.

I was then given a 5.5% Match which I then upped my contributions to and after all the raises I upped my contributions even more. (And no I’m not concerned about the cyclical nature of the Stock Market either)

Ah ok. Should I then call that another shitty IAM Contract or is it only my contract that you consider to be shitty? Actually from how I read it you consider ALL the Airline Contracts out there to be shitty anyway?

And sorry I do believe you probably told me about Hawaiian Airlines before but I can only sort so much information to the front of the brain filing system and Hawaiian frankly is in the bottom drawer near the back.

The Airlines and contracts I focus most on are in order, mine of course, AA IAM Ramp, UAL IAM Ramp, SWA TWU Ramp, AA CWA Agents and then finally trying to monitor what your Company gives you by asking you and reading your FB pages.

All the other little airlines and or their respective employment agreements kinda become nothing but a jumble in my mind because they aren’t necessarily groups we directly compare to. (Neither UPS or FedEx either)

I think he knows he has a lot of reflecting to do if he ever even thinks about coming back.

There was a reason he lost almost 2 to 1 and that reason also had to do with the Members weren’t buying what he was trying to sell them. (They’re not buying TN either)

I do look forward to TWU Local 568 rejoining the collective come next year BTW. I hated living on an Island.
