God readers. I make $65,000 per year without working an ounce of OT. I have great benefits. I live in the warmest location you can live in in the US. I’m satisfied with the amount of work I perform daily. I have a defined benefit pension and right now a decent 401k Match. As long as I come to work and do my job I have no worries about being fired. And if I was fired for no fault I’m 100% positive I’m coming back. And I have a Union currently Negotiating to get me even more (And that will come)

And this guy try’s to make it sound like I have a shitty contract when he has Jack ****!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Give me a F’n break man.......

This was posted onto one of your Facebook pages just one hour ago Kevin. What happens at one carrier doesn’t necessarily affect us all.

“They are actively suing the company for everything from hostile work conditions, Age discrimination, sick calls/FMLA,Ambushing/stalking by management, gender/ anti-Semitic issues/ social media / Sedgwick issues , and much more , pay issues , and much more .

Delta does not have a direct relationship with its employees like they wish you to believe.
It’s become a very hostile company and you are just a number.

I for one am Disgusted in the way the company pits us against each other especially with these new sky pro’s which have the “family app” on it , And that we are encouraged to use to rat on one another. Agents especially in Atlanta blame the flight attendants for delays and then we have to go in the office and explain because we are the only ones accountable in this company!

It’s time to stand up legally -because unfortunately we do not have a union to protect us.

Stand up for your rights !

Also sign a card and go union.

GO UNION !!!!”
The problem with most of that is that it is simply fake news from union insurgents. At any rate, for a moment, let's say it was true. What is it going to matter since the IAM isn't organizing Delta? Remember, the IAM is only burning millions over there to satisfy AFLCIO spending levels for organizing. The IAM has less than 15% signed cards at Delta now and simply isn't in position to finish any job that you are referring to. If Delta workers are willing to go union, then it must necessarily be with a union that can organize and that truly listens. The IAM is zero for organizing airlines since my last organizing plan was set in motion. It was zero from 2000 to 2009, and zero from 2013-2019. But of course 100% and 40,000 when me and Atkinson cleaned up their mess.

They are simply a bunch of drunks who don't care or know about organizing. They work 9-5 then booze up at the hotels. I know because some of the guys who help them call me and are thoroughly disgusted.

you are blessed with what you have and in great position, but your comparison to Delta wasn't supported with evidence as you have a lot less than them. Thankfully, Parker, at least brought us up to the non union wages of Delta. You can thank Kev for your $65,000 pay raise.

Don’t you have like 87,000 people on your Facebook Group page who revere you as a God brought down from the Heavens to share bread and your Golden words to the unworthy masses of Man? Are you neglecting your flock?

I don’t read your driveling diatribes because all they really are is insane psychobabble. Dude you’re SERIOUSLY F’n NUTS.

Oh and again I’m not in your IAM and could really give a rats ass to tell you the truth.

Give me a call when Kev and Delta Rampers get Page 100 through 120. Without that to me they have nothing at all.

If you’re fat dumb and happy sitting in the sun down in MIA, that’s cool too; just be honest about it.

Not super happy today. I have to wear long pants. I’m not a fan of wearing long pants in the Winter.

I agree 100% with the post you quoted except for this portion.

I'm not sure how this person actually typed that with a straight face. EVERYONE at this company is accountable for their actions.

Further, one of the things DL does well is track all kinds of data. If an F/A (or anyone) is blamed for a delay, there is no shortage of data they can use to disprove it.

...And all of it is accessible to anyone at any time.

Playing the helpless victim (collectively) only sentences us to repeating this cycle.

I'm not a fan of ever wearing them, but 68 is shorts and T-shirt weather, man.

I like many things with having a contract insomuch that things can't be unilaterally changed, in theory. But when your contract is as AWFUL as it is, and you have to reach to the coattail of non union people, then something is wrong and the contract isn't worth squat. Out of about 160 pages in your contract, I like about 25. Maybe 30 pages. The other 130 pages I'd take what Delta has. At the end of the day, it's all about the money and work. They win on both accounts because the union has negotiated less, unfortunately. Our hope isn't in standing on this awful agreement, but hoping for a better contract that Uncle Jerry wants to give us. I think we will have an industry leading contract, provided your handlers lay down their ego and allow us to vote. We are burning daylight and losing $13,000 a year. It's crazy!

Please by all means. If you want what Delta has don’t let any of us you would leave behind stop you. As a matter of fact let me help. There are openings all over the Country. You can even stay there in ORD if you want.

You want to suck and swallow the Delta culture so bad, I don’t know what you’re waiting for then.

Bye.

Hey Tim I just got a call from my handlers cause they were a little bored this weekend and were reading and laughing at your desperation. You know those Handlers. You wanted to be one yourself but just couldn’t make the cut. They also told me they wanted to thank you for the raise that you can’t do anything to stop.

They wanted me to remind you that you can’t vote. You threw that away. And they also said even if you could vote they weren’t going to let you. Maybe early Spring they said.

Damn those Handlers huh Tim. Hope you’re keeping warm up there? Dry skin is real itchie.
