This should sum it up.
Yes, and for good reason.I think it’s in the deciphering of language where you draw most of your confusion.
I was hoping more that P. Rez or Crema would correct your mistakes over NYer and why I didn’t mention him as well. But he’s just as proficient, although you don’t seem to believe anyone anyway Bob. You’re very thick headed.
Yes, and for good reason.
In the roughly over a decade or so that I’ve known NYer the one area I can’t recall arguing with him over was Mathematics. He’s proven himself to be pretty much consistently correct.
And on here I also have noticed Crema and Rez are more proficient than I am.
I have no Ego to capitulate in areas that I’m not as strong or informed as others Bob.

Although not devastating, this is a change not for the better, in the event any of you do stumble on enlightenment, and that I am correct in the interpretation, that this is not the enhancement I was looking for. It leaves the employee contributing more just to get a better match, I am a supporter of the 401K and it seems strange that the company would shower us with this very rich 9% of our earning match.
Well today is a red letter day, because he is wrong.

haha..
i'm no expert. i just understand the concept, even though it's broken in 2 parts; one part 5% and one part 4%.
if you can find a julia child video showing us that the stuffing is 5% bread crumbs and 4% onion + another 4% onion, maybe he'll understand.
They want to sell it as a enhancement, but we are loosing a half a percent and to get that back we have to contribute a minimum of 12.5% out of our pockets.Ok Bob so you think the Company made a grand announcement of their 401k improvement plan that equates to by your Math $4.70 a paycheck?
$4.70
Oy Vey.

Don't make fun of Julia Child, I challenge you to use the definitions provided by Fidelity and come up with a different answer.
