Blah Blah Blah man. Now go and start your own useless drive in your own house. IBT is your gal right? Don’t answer. Please don’t answer. Blah Blah Blah.
Man you turn like a snake, don't you. I don't understand why you would be so concerned what maintenance does. You almost act like you are on the TWU payroll, that's about to lose his job, if the maintenance group leaves. I like the Teamsters, was a steward for almost 8 years, was outvoted, so be it. I can honestly say I don't think SWA would ever have an Industrial union for the mechanics, but you never know. Does AMFA stay, who knows, after over 6 years. If they do , I do not care. What I care about is having a fair contract in my eyes, do my time at SWA, and retire someday.

Dude you and swamp ramble on and on and on and on and on and on and on about Southwest Airlines over here on the American Airlines threads and I’m about one of the few who is even nice enough to entertain you two anymore. And you keep noticeably playing both sides of the fence and repeating yourself to death man.

I know your thread is dead boring as hell but there ain’t no real action for you over here either.

This is AMERICAN AIRLINES, AMERICAN AIRLINES, AMERICAN AIRLINES. Kapeesh?

You're right it is American board, that's why I quit fighting with Swampy. I encourage the mechanics to change if they want to, and you get upset. If they do great. If they don't then nothing changes. We have a T/A I hope it passes, if it doesn't , it doesn't. No reason to go on and on.

“No reason to go on and on”

And let me add on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on Etc.

In Illinois, some consvative cities have passed "Right to Work" Ordinances. The unions challenged it, it's now in court. Guess who is arguing it? Yep, the same firm that argued Janus. It claims that there is nothing in the federal NLRA that prohibits a city from having 'right to work'. Let's see how that goes. If it is successful, then it will eat bad unions alive, even in states like Illinois that are not right to work.

Tim what will the IAM do? I wonder if they will sell W3 when they get desperate.

Josh

You are so gleefully anti-union that you should never be elected to any union post, ever. Oh, and if you would look at the spelling checker embedded in this site, you will see that you misspelled conservative.

So are there any updates about anything on the fleet side? Are there any new negotiations scheduled? September will be here soon. Will it be section 6 or a vote first. What do the smart people here think?

Sounds like your questions are a good reason to be anti union or at least against its current leaders

My thought is AA will not back off LAA Healthcare for all. From P. Rez and CB comments, the Association NC will not back off either. The question is (and I say no) does the Executive Committee ignore the NC and permit a vote with LUS Healthcare in the contract.
Bottom line in my opinion, there will be no vote, section 6 it is and LUS Healthcare for all.

If we go to Sec 6 and end up in mediation in the distant future, I wonder if the mediator would side with the unions position for LUS medical especially in light of the rest of the company including unionized work groups having LAA medical?

It's funny that this topic has already come up last year and I invited them then to join the forum to bring a different perspective. I have spent some time on their forum. If I recall you have a taste in quite a few forums with your wit and humor.

Everyone should love different perspectives and having individuals available to offer those different perspectives irregardless if we always agree with them or not.

But there’s one thing to offering perspectives and another to just reciting the same comments they’ve said before ad nauseam.

And the constant Cheerleading does get to be a little green in the toilet bowl after awhile too don’t you think?
