So in one weeks time three (3) LAA stations SAT, STL, SJU could be contracted out based on the CBA language and departure counts. Will the company follow through subject to the CBA? Why hasn’t the association secured this work?

YOU “might” be at least generating a decent job without a Union due to your learned skills. Market forces would determine your compensation. Wouldn’t be quite as much as you earn today IMO looking at BLS statistics.

# 3 Stop with the BS on the FA’s with me because I actually “READ” their History. They were only with the TWU for 2 years after their prior Union went defunct. Didn’t look to me as if they ever intended to stay in a male dominated Union at the height of the Women’s movement. I think the TWU just took on the role to service while they regrouped.

Everything in America has a basis around money but no I don’t believe your comment is completely correct. If that were true then the Association wouldn’t have been wasting time fighting for all the items in our CBA’s that have nothing to do with dues.

Medical savings and Retirement contributions don’t add to the Union coffers and as a matter of fact take away from what could be collected in wages.

Its the unions job to fight for benefits thats what we are paying them for It's their job

given the fact that the company recently stated that some mid/high level managers will get trimmed. maybe some believe that their position will be spared if the company eliminates two lower level supervisors to their one mid-high level position:

- under this ceo's watch...mid-high level managers are padding, adding insulation to protect their jobs.

- the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

either way, wall street knows this airline is skipping down shambolic lane. like i said, i see it every day...low-level managers coasting, not wanting to be bothered with issues that they were hired to be bothered with.

Obviously you can't put the kids in charge of the candy but to put a 22 year old manager in charge of 50 year old men doing the work before he was born is a waste of company money.

im collecting evidence on Mr Peterson, a 3 time management flunky, who ratted out his own brothers in a deal against amfa.

One thing is sure, with him and the beta submissive Alex Garcia, it looks like the iam could merge with the twu.
I doubt Sidney Jimenez would be able to tie in with twu local 100 so it looks like twu members are just as screwed as iam members.

So, im not sure if weezles prior health issues have clouded his mental capabilities or if he has already been placed on payroll.
