Creama this guy has been pumping out this crap PSYCHOPATHICALLY over and over 20 times a day non stop and NO ONE has EVER seen any of this NONSENSE in WRITING.

That’s why I keep saying and this is not a joke that there’s something wrong with him.

“Hellbent on there last best final offer”

Where have ANY of us seen ANYTHING that said “Last, Last best, or Last Best Final offer”

Since Tim first said that there has been movement and items have been agreed to. So where is this “Last best final offer” GARBAGE coming from if not a bent mind.

Tim if all of this CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP you say is true let’s see some damn documented proof or for GODS SAKE move on and go live your life. Do something else. Find something else. Beg borrow or steal to do something else.

You ARE NOT convincing anyone of anything and we don’t talk to the Company again till next MONTH.

Tim please go back to your Facebook Group page and bother whatever Lemmings you got left there.
Weez dont forget Tim worked for the IAM I'm sure has an inside track somewhere and you are jealous

Tim you’re an adult. Maybe time you try acting like one and take responsibility for your words? You call people all over the Country (Except in Chicago) all sorts of offensive (Non Christian BTW) names.

Maybe you should finally man up and fly to one of these locations, MIA, DFW, CLT, PHX, DCA, wherever and call one of these people one of those names to their faces in a nice (private) location?

Take your pick? Man up.
Weez you call people names too I would venture to say you are disliked more than Tim by the posters on this forum. At least rub more people the wrong way.Not me though I love the Weez

what you mean,not in ord?
Ive absolutely hammered people here in ord mostly. And to their face.
The only reason why i apologized to you was because you were right.

Well maybe I can piss you off too? If you’re going to play “stupid” with Tim and his shadow leave me the F out of it. I think you know what the F means? It rhymes with Phuck.

Maybe start a new thread and call it “The idiots corner”

If it keeps you idiots lit up I’ll drop in from time to time to help with your momentum.

Don’t forget to add to your “exciting” story the different formulas. Your Company sets 10% aside in a pool to share with 80,000 Employees where AA sets aside 5% to dole out to 120,000 Employees.

Those are the reasons I don’t consider our PS plan to be any sort of “exciting” thrill ride myself.

I’d rather have dramatically higher (guaranteed) wages instead.

So would I.

I'm just pointing out how they've been able to leverage PS into something paying out dividends that are far greater than the actual cash laid out.

Weez is weez. BTW, few dislike me other than club members and a couple others. Nobody in the history of the IAM has gotten more Locals to support them in politics other than Jay Cronk, but they actually changed the bylaws for my run for office to limit voting in 2 hours (6a-8a). If I am an insignificant person and nobody likes me then someone better have told the INTL who brought in hundreds of delegates to pass a measure to limit voting. And I still got more Locals than Weez got votes. Sad.

I just don’t like gambling for my compensation even if some years it could reap a bonanza.

Let’s say for you your worst years bring you in $5,000 and your best bring you in $10,000.

I’ll take a $7,500 guarantee and congratulate you even if you wind up hitting that 10k more years than not.

BTW your Company hasn’t leveraged out anything. Any way you cut it either differed or direct compensation it gets recorded as Labor expenses. If they gave you a $15,000 raise next year and said but we’re taking back your PS, would you complain?

Who? Tim Murphy? Yea I read all your hammering of him. It was like a kitten whacking a ball of yarn.

Never heard you said anything to his face and now that he’s back on the field I bet you still haven’t.

Can’t wait to see you go after Elvira some day. And you will because it’s your nature to turn on everyone.

Oh yes, they have.

Depends how you want or need to view things I guess. I ultimately view it as I’m here for a paycheck that they deposit into my checking account every two weeks. And I choose to stay working for this Company because I’m ok with that deposit.

But seriously I would love to read how you feel your Company has leveraged you out?

IEA Head: U.S. Oil Production To Rise, Venezuela To Fall Further

U.S. oil production will continue to grow at a rapid pace until 2025, while Venezuela’s crude output is set for further declines, Fatih Birol, the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), has said in Istanbul.

In its Oil Market Report last week, the IEA noted that the Big Three of oil—Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the United States—are now the dominant players on the oil market with their combined liquids production accounting for as much as 40 percent of the world’s total.

“While the US was not present in Vienna, nobody could ignore its growing influence,” the IEA said, commenting on the Saudi/Russia led OPEC/non-OPEC meeting in the first week of December.

“As production grows inexorably, so will net imports decline and rising US exports will provide competition in many markets, including to some of the countries meeting in Vienna last week,” the IEA said last Thursday.

In its December Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO), the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) expects U.S. crude oil production to have averaged 11.5 million bpd in November, up by 150,000 bpd from October, thanks to platforms resuming normal operations after hurricane-related outages in October. EIA sees U.S. crude oil production averaging 10.9 million bpd this year, jumping from 9.4 million bpd in 2017. The forecast for next year’s U.S. crude oil production currently stands at 12.1 million bpd.

Meanwhile, according to OPEC’s secondary sources, Venezuela’s crude oil production continues to plunge—by another 52,000 bpd from October to stand at 1.137 million bpd in November. To compare, Venezuela’s oil production averaged 2.154 million bpd for 2016 and 1.911 million bpd for 2017.

According to the IMF, Venezuela’s economy will collapse by 18 percent this year, while inflation is expected to be at 1,370,000 percent.

The economic collapse adds to years of mismanagement and underinvestment in the oil industry to further complicate attempts in Venezuela, one of OPEC’s five founding members, to stop the steep decline of its oil production.

If Elvira sold his members out, I'll say it. Not sure what I'm missing here??? I've known his right hand man for 20 years, Mike. He was one of my best organizers on AGW. We pretty much got a 80% signup in ORD back in 2005. But if Mike dropped the ball I'd let him have it if he was my rep.

Turning on anyone? Not sure if I ever did that, actually. If I did, I'd certainly apologize. I mean I didn't turn on the IAM or anything as far as I know. I was always serving justice and if anyone got in the way or any union got in the way by hosing members then I pounded the hell out of it. Why wouldn't I? More should and shouldn't be collared or owned. I put my union job on the line for my beliefs after the IAM hosed a group that I brought in. Sorry, even when skin is on the line, it didn't matter. I'm a very secure person and need nothing. Delaney brought me in his office and said I need to watch what I say about him and I asked him why when he is hosing workers? He said my job was on the line and I told him to do what he has to do then. A week later, he whacked me. No big deal. I get along with the guy today.

I owe nobody as I never pledge oaths. Not in the past or future. Pledge to no man. I don't bend the knee to man. But everyone knows that so not sure what you are talking about??? If you have any instances, let me know.

As far as speaking my mind to people. It really doesn't matter how big they are either. As a boxer I had almost 100 fights, and I'm fairly confident that even if I get my butt kicked that I'll get in a good punch or two. BTW, boxing wasn't for me. But if you think I'm scared to stand up anywhere, you have the WRONG guy in mind.

When I'm wrong, I apologize. Don't take that as a weakness.

But yea, dozens and dozens of union thugs from ORD I've hammered on social media, and they deserved it. And I walked right by them or stood right next to them the next week at a Local meeting. That included a bunch of AGC's based here.

And none of it is personal. I don't harbor anger towards any of them. They are just anti worker and greedy pricks. Me and Klemm actually text back and forth quite often, at least weekly. I call him anti union and he calls me anti union.

All you are doing is calling out the good old boys club and they dont like it.Any brainwashed unionist or unionist wannabe (as so often the case) will back them even if they know they are wrong. The perfect example is agreeing to this raise, its too much at the wrong time.Any 50 + man initially threatening violence is in the conversation over his head and should find something else to do this forum is not for him

Sorry too much here for me to want to read. And I’m sure it’s all stuff you’ve written hundreds of times over and over anyway.

Ever think of just attaching a link to your resume and adding it to every one of your posts? Could make things easier ya know.

I agree.

And no, they cry and cry because there are very very few that don't fear them. I've never been a club member. Delaney knew that when I made it clear to him that we had to get Canale out and that I'd give him a chance. It lasted 3 years. When Robert Roach and Sito tried to pull the plug on the AirTran campaign at the convention, I made a spectacle of them in front of everyone and very clearly told them I would shut down the IAM (In front of everyone) if they instructed Delaney to stop my petitioning of the AirTran cards. We were in the middle of a battle with the teamsters over at Continental and they knew I don't play and always finish what I started and would jump over to the Teamsters and destroy the IAM at United. Of course, I knew I had leverage and I know a thing or two about that. So, we followed through on AirTran and won it and preserved the wages/benefits at Southwest. Otherwise, these idiots would have walked away from AirTran, and Southwest would have used the non union AirTran against Southwest union workers. These people are idiots.
