Tim they took cleaning from us. Thats why im like vote no on the when n where directed . Given the chitty mgmt runnin aa i fig they wld take more from us using the when n where
All the things the company is "taking" catering, cargo and cleaning etc was already taken here over the years so.......

I truly am sorry that the IAMNPF did not live up to the expectations people may have had for it when it was first offered to all of you at LUS.

Like I said I’m curious if the Company will chose the “Preferred Schedule” or the “Default Schedule” when the time comes to make that decision?

I'm curious if each individual EMPLOYER makes that choice for only their own group, or is the decision made by the collective of ALL employers participating in ther plan. In other words, can AA's choice be overruled by the collective for which plan to adopt?

The company did not post the full proposal. Just the juicy stuff. When is the membership going to wake up? The association needs to post our full proposal to the company with notations of counters and rebuttals. Too bad they won't. So here we wait as another year goes by.
It's like reading our updates from 3 years-ago.

Ours was taken back in 2016 at least in BWI it was snatched away w no warning

From watching the Video it’s the individual Employer who makes the choice unless they are represented by a Union and collectively bargain for it.

There’s a fee that all Employers are now going to have to pay irregardless until the fund gets back in shape.

Well Robbed I voted yes on our first offer last year, because we maintained scope, that's more important to me than money, but we voted it down, because guys wanted their full back pay. Now with this second T/A we still maintained scope, and are getting our full backpay.
Thats great . I doubt AA wld do that but stranger things have occurred

I remember that pathetic rag of a contract. You must have been part of the over 50 crowd that kept your retiree med. Those under 50 had to use their sick tick time to pay for it and the under 45 crowd got it shoved up their butts.
The scope in that deal was the worst excuse for scope we ever faced. It allowed the company to piece meal out maintenance with no recourse.
Oh,,, it did state that if the company subcontracted out say landing gear or component work and it impacted 20% or more of the total work force then the subcontractor would be obligated to hire those affected by the outsourced work.
You liked that contract?

That was 9 years ago and we haven’t received anything but we have lost all that without getting anything in return.

My way we would $70k in cash plus sick vc etc, but your way, I want everything now, we all got nothing and we all lost our retiree medical.

I’m still not 50, I’m just smart enough to see that the industry had changed and TWU wasn’t going to get blood from a rock.

You must be from Tulsa where you can take a 40% pay cut and still have a better standard of living then all line stations.

After reading the company proposals there are just a few things I would change. First off dump the crap profit sharing.
I would ask for an increase in rates over all that would begin with 3.1 percent first year then 2.1 thereafter.

Also keep in mind for all those who keep saying this company is making record profits, it’s true but also remember, each year the numbers will be high in that AA before it was a combined company will sku the numbers now that we make higher profits as a whole.

Also think of this for those who want to wait for the perfect deal or hold out for future employees, AA lost 350 million dollars on the Max grounding something totally out of their control, and in the last two years since the early offers on the table fuel has gone up 20 to 30 percent.
I’ve been around long enough to understand the offer won’t look much better then it does now

The scope did not change in 2010, and we gave up a lot of money.
You obviously talk out your _SS just like many on here that do not have a CLUE.

If course bankruptcy worked out really well for us.

You do realize that they have spent $12 Billion in share buybacks the last 5 years right?

Not sure why people keep talking Bankruptcy like it’s so easy (And preferred) to just do.

robbed, cleaning is already when and where. Nothing at all will be changing under scope for your station.

I am from Tulsa and damn proud of it! And by the way Dallas ain’t but 200 miles away and the cost of living is comparable dumbass.
People talk about scope being number one but forget or didn’t look at scope on that POS T/A.

Your right scope didn’t change cause the pos got voted down. If your implying that it wasn’t changed on the t/a then your a liein sack of excrement.
