It took 7 years...oh boy

6 1/2 but that’s besides the point. I’ve told the guys that it might take a few years for these guys too Al?

Many of these guys are like big fat happy Dogs that go their Master with their tails wagging. Those 2016 wages were like the Dog was able to knock the food bag over and went to town on it.

Now they’re just wagging their tails wanting Master to give them a treat.

The Dogs just aren’t hungry so they’re not growling and ready to bite. Give it a few years and they’ll get nasty hungry.
 
W, to whom are we supposed to complain?Ordinarily that would be our union, the TWU. But in this case they're the culprits. They have their membership in a position that most hate, except you. just a quick glance a the company proposal says it all. It's basically everything IAM. Cs policy, CC language, When and where, IAMPF, etc. How did the TWU agree to ta any of these? I think we can agree that the company is the enemy and that they're proposal belongs in the trash. But seriously what the hell is the TWU doing? You have 25% of the workforce directing traffic at every turn smh. Imo we need to separate or vote on one representative. The company is using the dysfunction of the ASS to their advantage, as expected. If the unions really respected their members we wouldn't have to complain for them to realize this. Everyone involved including you knows the ASS is the real problem and always has been

I see both IAM and TWU language in what’s been agreed to. The CS’s we NEVER owned so damn right we didn’t have a leg to stand on with that. The WWSD is the COMPANY proposal but if it’s clarified that it’s just when the Company wants us to do more work under certain guidelines I can go for it. The IAMNPF, listen to the Podcast. Why the F should the IAM give it up on the cheap. Ridiculous. They want a 10% Contribution (SO DO I)

The only REAL dysfunction is the stupid IDIOTS who are dumb enough or just like to swim in that mud.

What I do LOVE about the Company is how “little” they have to do to have so many stupid stupid stupid stupid people go at each other’s throats.

The first time was 6. People said No, they brought Mr. Kitner in from Alaska Airlines on the company side , we got some new blood and produced a deal a year later, that will most likely pass.

An example you guys had a contract company handle jetway bags while we go up.and bring them down. Lets ssy that contract systemwide costs AA 5 million if you agreed to the LUS way maybe part or all of that 5 million could go to us in one form or another

Maybe if you ageed to it in bankruptcy they would have closed one less station

You got 20k posts yet no time to look out for your own guys. Give us all a F'n break. And the company didn't have to do anything to cause conflict. It was a self inflicted wound. Go thank Trumka, Little , the IAM and the rest of the crime families

No, I think it's low budget and cheap like most of USairs policies. Try driving a go cart in the Daytona 500. No wonder this airline is in close to last place in every category

You keep forgetting where you were .AA was the worse in every category before the merger and thats not even counting Eagles stats.I could go on about your TWU agreeing toa b scale changing our jobs forever.There is no point looking at the past ill go as far as saying your past sacrifices probably dont mean anything in the business world. Move forward and look at our competitors and be reasonable

Dude face the facts. AA (AMR) as you and I know it is DOA. Species get wiped out when they can’t adjust fast enough to the changes around them.

America West/ USAIRWAYS Management took over the Business and I see a group of TA’s that lean in the direction that they want and are accustomed to. I DON’T see an absolute decimation of our identity in that language though. (IE: Our Lunch language lives on)

A lot of you guys though have the bully mentality cause we were bigger than them and you want to look down and think their entire identity should have been wiped out.

Hey did you look at their OT language where you get Double time for second day off and you don’t go to the bottom of the list and never get called.

That one blows away anything we used to have.

That’s now a CWA Represented ENVOY function. It used to be the more expensive PSA that used to handle that.
 
So the company says ill give you 60$ per hour the ass comes out and says they are asking for 80$ so you decide you tweak it to 70$....come on.And then after all is said and done you get 60 and are bitter for the next 8 years...cone on
So if you were to sell a car you would start off with a high price weather you get are not. To leave room for negotiation. The union needs to ask more then market rate then negotiate of course the company will start lower. Then come some where in the middle. I don’t care if you agree are disagree with me. Al if we ever get a ta we all get one vote that works best for our situation. And like a holes everyone has a opinion. But since the association has not posted there proposals we have no clue to what there asking for. But I see from the company proposals what has been ta like field trips what did the association get to only settle for 1.75 instead of double let me guess that must be in the iam mechanics contract. That’s one the company and association agreed to. Been ta the association needs to post there proposals I’m sick and tired of being left in the dark. I bet I’m not the only one here that feels this way. Especially on the twu side.
