I'm sorry Phaat....I am not a welder....well I do have the skills to weld....however I have not reached that benevolent status in my life to call it my career.

Well you know that Ken Mac is running the show and I would suggest dinner with the Southwest or Qantas guys always a great time talk to Ken, sorry usually I am in town but had some surgery and could not make it this year, I would have liked to have had a drink.

I watched the competition for a while, but it was hard to see what was going on from the viewing area. Looked like about half the participants yesterday morning were military guys, but there was also a pretty good showing of AMFA guys from Alaska. Didn't see anyone from an IAM, IBT or TWU represented carrier...

Wound up leaving early, as it was a nasty day in LAS (cold and high winds) and the rest of the trade show was pretty much just a repeat of what I'd seen at the IATA ground handling show.

Yeah AA/TWU pulled out last year DFW local had a team and AMP brought a team from Tuls,a we had a good time at the competition and out drinking with the Aussie & Southwest guys, we will try to field a team next year if your in town look us up.
