Sure wish him the best of luck and hope he gets rid of the dead wood west. PS Nothing is ripe.

Dead wood West? Most of my airplanes are full. No space for carry-ons, jumpseaters because no space in back. All we need now is to atttach a trailer hitch to the bus.

If you are Courtney as rumor has it, the only dead wood will be you sitting in Phoenix if there are two jumpseaters and one seat.

Any suggestion that the parties to the MOU (including US Airways)
. 16 have agreed that the Nicolau Award seniority list will not be used is incorrect.

I am laughing my a$$ off at you clowns!!!

Just posting what your co-defendant had to say... sure is a lot different than your version. LOL

I guess you stopped reading there? Looks more like the company (as others have expressed) are a little agitated that their timeline might get side railed. In addition they don't trust the west lawyers to be able to compel the judge to hear the case or agree that it's ripe, so the majority of their filing were arguments that it is ripe now. Now why would that be? Because the true money will not flow if they can't put this pig together. This little paragraph kinda says the company understands your position as a simple theory, and you might be right or you might be wrong. So how exactly is that slapping USAPA in the ass? Looks more like they are worried that things are going to get stuck in the courts over the seniority.

As to the no more negotiations with USAPA over the seniority list. Well read their filing, they say they are no longer negotiating, and remaining neutral, I.E. We are not going to sit at the table as we don't care how the list is put together. That MB statute requires:
Rather, the statute provides for negotiations between “representatives of the employees affected.” 49 U.S.C. §42112 (adopting “the labor protective provisions . . . as published in 59 C.A.B. 45&rdquo😉;
Allegheny-Mohawk,59 C.A.B. 19, 45 § 3 (1972) (“Allegheny-Mohawk&rdquo😉(specifying that “fair and equitable”seniority integration includes negotiations between “the carriers and the representatives of
the employees affected”

USAPA has made it clear that, in the McCaskill-Bond process, it will not use the

Nicolau Award seniority list to determine the relative seniority of the

East and West pilotsfor purposes of integrating those pilots with

American’s pilots. The West Pilots, on the other hand, contend that the Nicolau Award

must be used to determine the relative seniority of the US Airways pilots, and their

legal theory is that USAPA will breach its DFR if it uses anything other than the Nicolau Award seniority list in the McCaskill-Bond process.

Plaintiffs may be right or they may be wrong .

But, unlike in Addington I, there are no future contingencies, and there are compelling reasons

why the merits of plaintiffs’DFR claim should be resolved now.

In any event, US Airways will not be presenting or advocating for the use of the

Nicolau Award or any other seniority list in the US Airways/American seniority-
integration process.

Well than return the 28% of the east flying you do that was given to you to TRY to make PHX profitable. Looking forward to PHX before it goes away. As you should know a full airplane does not mean you are making money, it's called yield.

You have some serious issues, jihadists?

Seriously?

You are truly disrespectful to the victims in Boston.
Only an idiot like you would bring Boston into it which was not even mentioned, now go back to your own board, but before you do we need the lavs dumped on A24.

One more time:

22 There will not be any negotiations between USAPA and US Airways regarding the
. 23 relative placement of East and West pilots on the integrated seniority list.

Negotiating between USAPA and the company over seniority is declared to be over by the company in their filing. It's too late to modify the Nicolau because the company isn't going down that dangerous road.

So where does that leave USAP??? Twisting in the wind. You guys are on an island by yourselves.

You nitwit. Of course there will be no negotiations between USAPA and US Airways over seniority. The negotiations will be between APA and USAPA. There never have been negotiations over seniority between USAPA, or even ALPA, with US Airways.

Crawl back under your rock.

Doug is a bar room brawler! This is perfect for Doug. The AA pilots think they are going to get a JCBA quickly with major improvements. Wrong! Doug will drag this out till Jan. 1, 2019. The current leadership at USAPA and the Army of Leo think Doug is a good buddy. If Silver takes this on Doug gets his wish. Everyone stays on a bankruptcy MOU for 6 more years. Doug tells all sides he agreed to stay out of it. Classic! Lets see what road Silver takes.

Hate

BINGO!

If you are Courtney, we've talked on several occaisions, starting with Wake's courtroom, in Phoenix and back East. The misinformation you gave to the new hires and your post about Phoenix being dead wood is most telling. After all this shakes out and you are in Phoenix, don't have to commute, fine by me. Bettter for you.

Thinking that luvthe9 is Courtney, I'll nod and walk on by rather than stopping to chat.

Let me get this straight:
You call me a nitwit because of a statement the company made and I posted on here... Lol

Geez you're pissed gramps! I love it!!

You obviously have nothing of value to offer- not that you ever did have an original thought outside the scab union mantra.
Keep that 330 seat warm. Thanks!

I really believe at some point in all this the issue will end up being an attempt by the West Class to have standing during M/B.

Greeter
Bingo. You said what I've been thinking ever since the westies filed their latest lawsuit. It's all a sideshow to get a seat at the table that they are not entitled to. I hope USAPA has the balls to just say "NO" to any suggestions otherwise.
AOL has NO STANDING as representatives of ANY LCC employee.
Let's keep it that way.
Cheers.

Here is the only 330 you will see. Dodge built it in 1963, probably 25 yrs before you were even born, however, I doubt that you have the ability to make it to the left seat.

I'll go with the info Geoge gave me. I guess you would have no idea what Coutney says to the new hires and those West pilots "allowed" to attend the indoct.
Well old "Geoge" is wrong also, but who cares anyway.
