This is another example of a genuine lack of concern for employees.
No employee should EVER EVER EVER have to log onto this web site and ask "Are we getting a Hat Trick bonus?" This basic HR Management 101 stuff. It's absolutely unbelievable to me, having worked and currently work for multi national companies of like and larger size compared to US Airways.
The difference is a stark reminder of the high cost of cheap. Both in morale cost and PR cost.
US Airways has done one thing to help me. I was talking to my boss at the trade show, when my boarding pass wouldn't work on OLCI and I said, "One really good thing about flying US Airways is it gives me a fuller appreciation of just how well I'm treated here" We both chuckled and DL's website checked him in perfectly.
Just another day in paradise right folks?
And you'll notice that the March 6th 'About US' isn't on theHub yet (don't know about Compass), so if someone (East at least) didn't stumble across a copy somewhere they haven't seen it. Having said that, it was mentioned in the daily newsletter on either the 3rd or 4th.The March 6th About US had the details of the Triple Play payout for Jan. as the leading artile!

That must be pretty new then - it wasn't there over the weekend (though the "FAQ's for March 6' was) and still isn't available through the "About US" link at the top of the page.Just check, and it is in the Hub, scroll down about half way.
Jees Louise!Even further down the page dated March 4th is a letter from COO titled "Triple Play Bucks."
Not sure when it was posted, but it was before the About US.
The DOT information is available to the public. Triple Play is simple to understand. The company put the information out there via several avenues.
I just feel the original post was intended to stir the pot. The company does enough garbage wrong, we don't need to make stuff up.
