The 321 (or more accurately, some 321's) could be a different situation soon, since deliveries start next year (1st quarter I think) and those aircraft aren't covered by the pilot's transition agreement. Likewise, the new 332's, 340's, or 350's when they arrive.

In the Transition Agreement, the "EAST" fleet plan includes 13 additional 321's, 6 additional 320's and 20 350's. The "WEST" fleet plan includes 8 320's and 3 319's.
I understand the "new" Airbus order may have included more aircraft than these, but I would think the first ones (321) would have to go to the East side as they are included in the fleet plan but have an earlier delivery date. This may get sticky absent a new contract before the actual aircraft deliveries...
I do agree that any new 330's or 340's will have to be split like the 190 and new 757's...
