What wrong, having a bad day?

Do you really want to go there?

"You cannot go to a 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian Accent."
-Senator Joe Biden

Mahatma Gandhi "ran a gas station down in Saint Louis."
-Senator Hillary Clinton

Harry Reid’s on tape in conversations with Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich shortly before his arrest insisting no black replace Obama in the Senate.
-Harry Reid

Small Town Americans are bitter and they cling to their guns, and are religious zealots.
Obama

"I found solice in nursing a pervasive sense of grievancee and animosity against my mother's race"
Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams of My Father

While racist comments are available on all sides (because racism exists through out society) the quote your site attributed to Obama:
"I found solice in nursing a pervasive sense of grievancee and animosity against my mother's race"
Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams of My Father

is not his. It is no where in his book. It is actually a quote out of an article about him written by Steve Sailer. Obama never said or wrote those words him self.

The small town zealot comment was not racist but a stereotype. I tend to think it is some what accurate but I do not believe he should have made the comment.

Clintons and Bidens comments were racist and uncalled for.

As for Reids comment, it was politically motivated. His only concern was holding the seat in IL. To say that believing a black would not have as good a chance at holding the seat as a white is not racists. It is merely a practice opinion about what he believes is a probable out come. If I am betting on a marathon and I see a black man from Africa and a white man from Europe, I am probably going to put my money on the African due to the fact that people from that continent tend to be better at endurance racing. That does not mean I am racist.

Whether or not Reid is racist or not I don't know but this comment does not lend an credence to the idea that he is.

Yes, I am a conservative Republican. More Conservative then Republican, but rarely are there electible conservatives outside the Republican party and in most political races, let's face reality and understand that it usually goes to either a Republican or a Democrat. A few Independents do win, but reality is we have no viable third party on the national level.

That said. I am not from Kansas, so no, she isn't my representative. Nor does she represent me in the way you tailor the question.

I have a laundry list of objections to the idiot in the National Residence and NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM have to do with his color/race, etc. EVERY ONE OF MY OBJECTIONS are based on HIS INTEGRITY (lack their of), HIS AGENDA (he's no socialist, he's a COMMUNIST) and where he wants to take his nation, his pathological lying (and we thought Clinton was bad) and his constant hatred for America, his running all over the world apologizing for everything the US is and does for this world and his cowardess.

But regarding his race...He is a man. His blood is red. He has 10 fingers and 10 toes (assuming no injury or birth defects to the contrary), he has two eyes, two ears, two arms and two legs. All of his organs can be interchangable with mine (and vice versa) assuming we share common blood type/other factors to make organ transplants compatible...you get my point. Who cares that his skin is darker in color the mine. We are both humans...good enough for me.

Oh, and for those who will be inclined to go to the "Bush was the stupid one" bit...here's a video of the "intellegent Barry" when he doesn't have a slick speech rolling on the telepromptor in front of him:

and Letterman's Obama UH count:

I hope the Republican win and win big in 2010 but honestly, with very few execptions, there isn't much difference between the Republicans and Democrats in DC. Maybe its time we clean house and throw them ALL out of office and get some new blood in there on both sides of the aisle.

Just so we can establish a base line, did W Bush have integrity and an agenda?

Clearly you don't think so by the sheer act of that post. So we clearly will not agree on this topic other then we are both speaking/typing in English.

To be honest, I had issues with W. Mostly because he pandered to Daschel and the Dems WAY TOO MUCH. Giving the drunkard free reign in writting the education bill. Pleeeaaassseeee! When W was President, the leaders of the Dems screamed "by partisanship." Now that they have the power its "Shut up Republicans, you aren't in power any more." And W played nice with them.

Yeah, my issues with W were he was too easy on them.

So, like I said...I think this is one that you and I will likely NEVER have an agreeable conversation about if I read between the lines accurately.

I just wish someone would have cloned Reagan before he got too sick. We could use another man (or woman) like him.

I know what you believe and I agree with you. The previous poster did not mention the lying/agenda of W so I was just looking for a clarification. If he believes that W did not lie and had no agenda and had integrity, then I know not to take him seriously. If he believes that when a politicians lips are moving he/she is lying, then we have a common ground on which to ague.

From that perspective...YES, we do have common ground.

I thought you were going down the road of so many of the libs today.

So just to be clear. W lied, had no integrity and had an agenda al be it different from the current person who lies, has no integrity and has an agenda. In other words, same crap differrnt toilet.

Jenkins is now saying that the reference was not directed at Obam and was totally innocuous. I would say she falls under the bias with a side case of ignorance. I do not believe she has a KKK club membership but I do believe by the very fact that she used te term 'white hope' she does have race issues. Then again, so do Clinton and Biden for making the statements that they made.

Racial bias and to a lesser extent racism are alive and well in the USA.

Both parties have their fair share of idiots who put their foot in their mouths. That's what is so ludicrous of our boy bear to highlight what one happens to say today.

Have you looked at how many threads you have started on issues that both sides have their hands in?
