Guess I'm like Way over the hill.......2 Buicks, a Lesabre and a Lacrosse. But the Lesabre gets better than 30 mpg on the road. I used to laugh when I heard a car go by than sounded like a sewing machine rather than having a throaty rumble and now I'm considering a hybrid!

Drove all over the US and Canada in a '72 BMW 2002. I've owned 1 Ford and 4 Jeeps. But the nicest ride was a Buick Park Avenue, a 1978 as I recall. The vinyl top was pealing away and the roof leaked when I sold it but it still purred.

If you said it on the Internet, it must be true. What a poser.

Call me a poser, I'd show you the title but the file is too large. Try posting a jpg larger than a molecule and no dice.

If you are the poser sitting at the table with Lee Seham, your file needs a booster seat....MC.

Scabbing for Ansett in Austalia, thus your present survival skills in "avoiding the messenger that brought you the bad news".

The usapa lawyer are just not very bright.

Judge silvers order.

III. Motion to Certify Class
The West Pilots have moved to certify a class and US Airways has filed notice that
it agrees certification is appropriate. (Doc. 11, 40). The Court stayed briefing on this issue
pending resolution of the other motions. (Doc. 43). The class certification motion must now
be briefed, but USAPA should consider whether it is wise to oppose the motion. In the
previous litigation, USAPA vigorously opposed a class certification motion but that
opposition was not well-reasoned.
(CV-10-1570, Doc. 111). Thus, the order granting
certification was straightforward. (CV-10-1570, Doc. 125). Absent substantially better
arguments than what it presented last time, USAPA should consider consenting to
certification.

With this very clear warning to usapa, what does usapa go and do? Anyone? Anyone?

Yep! Opposed class cert and asked for discovery. What is it Shamanski wants to discover? Just exactly what the west pilots think of usapa and you east pilots?

The 2X4 across the head did not work. Let's see what the judge gets out next to get usapa's attention. Summary judgement and legal fees might work.

You guys may have already heard this, but the company is going to start issuing iPads to all the pilots beginning with the E-190 crews, starting in October.

Actually, that should be August, not October

Re Claxon's signature,

Usually, those who feel the need to proclaim their virtue the loudest, have the least reason to do so.

A la the " moral" majority, the "christian" right, et al...

Shouldn't the pilots be negotiating to get all the E70/75 brought in-house and move the smaller craft outsourced - driving the "lower" scales to the outsourcers. The E70/75 is such a great product from an economic and passenger persepctive - you could almost make them "mainline" flights. Scope should be expanded down to these aircraft with a scale both parties can live with and give up on the CRJ2's, etc.

This way you increase the # of pilots on property and give a great career progression from the E's to the A319/20/21 or B737.
