You mean IF...IF this merger gets back on track. USAPA has all the funds it needs. Ever hear of the TRO if USAPA sues to block the MOU if it does so the appeal continues??? There are so many possibilities that it seems a foregone conclusion lawsuits will continue for at least five more years. And the word continues to turn.When this merger gets back on track and APA is the bargaining agent, who's going to fund the already planned appeals by Usapians?
