Look at your, and your colleagues', W2 for the last 30 years...
You "mighty Spartans" have kept yourselves in poverty, devaluing the work of an entire industry permanently, until the day you die, you're never going to recover the lost wages you Spartans did not have the balls to fight for.

My W2 is just dandy. You will not be allowed to steal what does not belong to you. By the way, your signature is missing something. Here is some more of what Judge Silver said:

We made a deal to have an arbitrator use the ALPA merger policy. The windfall made it easy for many to forgive him for failing. :lol:

P.S. Don't feel guilty. We laugh at the West calling us scabs and don't bother to "prove" we aren't. Whatever. Why have you guys spent millions (and even shiny little pamphlets) trying to persuade us you don't want a windfall? Its all about converting us into integrity paragons, isn't it. :lol:

That kid's an amusing case. Half a page proudly proclaiming "ignore", yet a tag-end line that's unmistakably done in direct context to the supposedly ignored postings. Oh well. It's gotta' be tough to keep fantasizing personal "spartan" strengths where none exist. Their obvious difficulties with that are understandable, but the little "Spartan" Scouts continued failure to deliver the ordered boxes of Thin Mints is annoying. 😉

I'm guessing you read his posts anyway and they really get to you. If not, why bother to post this?

You said your W2 is just fine. I guess you are a rep that only cares about himself. What about the bottom of the west list, sitting on reserve making lousy wages? Let them eat cake while you fight your jihad, right?
 
I think on average they want the majority of USAirways pilots junior to them, especially the narrow body First Officers and Reserve Captains regardless of age.

Absolutely. I laugh when I hear people say "We only want what we brought......" Seems to me that most want more than what they brought.

But, if you have to have some senior to you, wouldn't you prefer them to retire before you. I thought the same as you until someone brought that up.

In general I doubt that AA worries about us at all. We are too busy fighting a 5 year old battle to see what is over the hill.

I don't think APA is going to buy that argument.

I'd make sure they were junior to me to start with so I wouldn't have to wait for them to leave after they bump down.

And yet, to this very day, one of their "mighty spartan" reps is thrashing pom poms around for the kirby, with perhaps a slight increase to it. The word unbelievable doesn't even begin to cover this. Pathetic is perhaps a better choice, but still falls short. Of course; given that said rep's a devout defender of his first-name-basis-best-friend-forever-"doug"...well...one can begin to see how the west's compensation historically evolved.

Hmm...I wonder if said "mighty spartan's" next brave statement of supposedly ignored posts will again contain overt and typically "spartan' contempt for the military, or will, after he reads this, instead tout how the east is perishing, sans food or shelter, on LOA93...as if such somehow justifies their own sorry history and current contract. 😉 What's been most amusing for years now, has been the bragging on both how fantastic AWA was supposedly doing, while failing to make any mental connection between that supposed circumstance and the sorry fact that contract's still the best they ever managed to get.
