The buyer's remorse is painfully settling in out West. Any single PHX rep or all the voters could have stopped the MOU in its tracks instantly. But due to some really, really bad legal advice an attempt was made to "trick" the process by voting for it and then claiming ignorance. Sad thing was, the MOU was supposed to take us past all this. Sadder thing is we are all in court arguing over an MOU that simply has no meaning now. RR (still trying to understand the glee the West gets following their own updates)

Hey Claxon, thanks for finding that link. It says it all. I only wish the stats went all the way back to 1983 when that sorry excuse for an airline began operations.

On the subject of laughable, after reading this article the EAST PILOTS just have to wonder bout ole DUI DOUG,! My thinking is they probably took it from "YOUR OWN COMPUTER" maybe someone not going to be moved to dallas, and you want the names the DOJ talked to? Apparently Doug has already moved to DFW, and has his kids in school there. And now no merger. Welcome to OUR world Doug. RR

You actually think that's funny? He'll end up leading AA, the shareholders and employees think he's golden. Considering he's the #2 or #3 CEO in aviation, who we get is likely to be farrrrr worse. What did you guys infect us with? I went to my doctor about a bad case of US Airways and I don't know if I liked his advice. He said unless I can get a large infusion of American, the only way to recover is to avoid contact i.e. start sending out the resumes. Apparently though it's very addictive. After all, none of you left, even on the brink of liquidation. Step one is to stop posting on this board. It's akin to butting your head against a very dense wall. Being linked to US Airways it's harmful and addictive too. I'll do my best though.
