There is no nic anymore. There was never a promise for a 90 day contract, west, dare you to find proof of that.

I feel the use of histories past struggles to compare it to the west pilots current situation is insensitive to others.

At 2:25 of the following west produced video, the use of a nazi figure is way out of line and a common theme of west produced videos. Look at the Mike Cleary picture durning the entire video, a hitler mustache is put on him. Then at 2:50 you are making fun of an East female pilot because of her age, that is illegal.

Her contributions to AOL along with all the infantile tapes that Claxon keeps posting on the forum are reminders of just how ALL West pilots tacitly applaud childish behavior of you West pilots from behind the scenes.

Let's take a break from the normal shite fest and talk about something different-what to do if the merger isn't approved.

I'm at about 50/50 on the merger happening today. If it doesn't Harper has said the west doesn't have a case in the current DJ, so we are back to stalemate. What's next? We have to get a JCBA for the west to sue, so what is the west going to do? Help us get one, then sue or stay on the same separate ops track until USAPA gives in on DOH?

Since the East would get the vast majority of any contract improvements I don't see the West helping USAPA get one.

I was talking about your DJ, not the company's. Your DJ is dead without a merger, right? I didn't make that clear and sort of forgot about the company's. Guess we have to wait that one out, but it should be done pretty quickly. If it leaves the question hanging again, then what?
