Compass is for US Airways west aka America West. The HUB website is for the US Airways east employees. There is supposed to be a new and combined website for all US Airways employees some time this year.
If there's anything specific you need to know, PM me and I'll help you if I can. Otherwise, from what we've been told, the pertinant info is the same on both sites.
