I understand there are to be some B - Checks performed in TUL this weekend?

Which B checks 757 737 md80? I do know that starting feb there will only be 2 places for the 57 B check and there used to be 5. One here in Reno and the other in Dallas I think. AA is centralizing their MX operations which I have predicted almost 2 years ago

Due to the time limits, 3 B checks will be done this weekend in Tulsa, The weather played a role in the decision.

That makes more sense than any weather BS. Typical twu, one station might be taking a stand on an issue, another undercuts them by taking the work. Of course, at no time does the twu leadership tell the workers the real reason for the movement of the work. Sounds like the JFK Airbus's all over again.

Once again the TWU and the company are indistinguishable.

Here ye, Here ye,

Take alook at these PDF's for more of the company/union "alliance"

The Letter

The Q & A about the Letter

And to top that, at a meeting with Crew Chiefs, Supervisors, and Shop Stewards in Tulsa last week, a presentation was given by Dennis Burchette, Oliver Martins, and Carmine Romano. At this meeting/presentation, Burchette said and I quote; "After seeing this information, some are going to say the union is in bed with the company. I am here to tell you, damn right we are".

Mr Burchette more than once referred to the upcoming three day meeting as a "pajama party" between AA Management and the "Union".

And that is FACT!

I think that I have asked this question of you several times.

But one more time since I have never gotten an answer.

WHY DON'T YOU HOLD YOUR OWN CURRENT UNION TO THE SAME STANDARDS YOU WISH TO HOLD AMFA?

The TWU has negotiated concessions for the last twenty (20) years, and you cannot show any of us proof of the current outsource percentage at AA.

All you can do is claim the DOT FOrm 41 which is a leftover from Civil Aeronautics Board and is unaudited and unconfirmed by any credible source.

CIO, are you on board the Self Directed Work Team concept in Tulsa?
