Can't speak for PHL, but I would say a big meltdown on the way to CLT if something is not done soon starting with more help. Oh I forgot with the pay next to inpossible & the quality of what's here I won't go there.

Same for PHX. Most of the new people that have been hired have quit and, if they stay, they are just sitting around playing with their Gameboys if they are young white males. We are back to unlimited overtime and I'm waiting to see what the new incentives are.

Update on CLT (fleet service) trying to hire 90 more but according to shop steward they can't find people who can pass the drug & background investigations or will work for the pay.
