I found several links to polls naming Clinton as the most popular president in 25 years but none that said "ever". Wonder why?

The last 25 years is a pretty thin bench, and I'll admit that Clinton's charisma would top the list of post-Cold War presidents.

I'd say extend that out to the past 50 years, but then you might get a much different result... which the pollsters knew.

In retrospect I think the Iran Hostage drama was a tempest in a teapot. Just like Whitewater and Monica, Non Issues to me at least.
