They bought out Alenia and Vought due to manufacturing issues and converted that plant to assemble planes also.
 
And I guess you forgotten about the charges they were found guilty of by opening a plant in SC?

And the IAM and the NLRB won the case against Boeing.

Why does every thread in this and other forums that has anything about any union have to become a personal attack volley between the two of you?

Why don't the moderators just close this thread and start a pinned thread to let you two attack each other and let everyone else discuss the issues.

Boeing has a choice to move work anywhere they want. They gave the IAM an option, they turned it down. No different than shopping businesses against each other.

no I don't get. I think they can build just as good an airplane in SC as they can in Washington.
I do hope for the workers in Washington sake they have better people negotiating for them then the crooks that did the UA deal. now there is where some criminal charges ought to be looked at.

read this real slowly, I don't see the world in black and white where everything union is good and everything non union is bad, especially when it comes to the IAM.
I'm no fan of Josh because I dislike bankers intensely but he brings up good points about the upper IAM leadership. They are all crooks who have been in office way too long.
UA members should consider fraud charges against them.
People like Bartz and Klemm are the scum of the earth and I will vote for anyone who runs against them.

As for Boeing if I was 20 years younger I would be sending resumes to Charleston every day.

they told their members it was an industry leading contract, Klemm in particular talked down to members both here and on Facebook like they were dumb as dirt like trash. The same members who pay their 6 figure salaries. Now the members still don't have their money and are getting lay off notices sounds like a good case of fraud to me.

If they want to sue me then go ahead I will bet you any amount you want if word got out in CLT that the IAM was suing me I'd get virtually all the support and it wouldnt even be close.
