Why I honestly can’t stand Liberals. Not old school Democrats. Liberals. I think they’re morons. Absolute and complete.
Why would anyone want to be overcrowded or even crowded out by a Culture that barges in and bum rushes the gates? Why would they want to be crowded out by people who they can’t even understand? People who don’t speak their language. People who have different upbringings and values than them. People who have different opinions on almost everything. People who have no problem pushing them out of the way to get what they want.
Supply and demand. Do Liberals like paying more for everything? It’s absolutely nuts how they think. They think it’s just rich people gouging them. They have zero common sense.
If there are 5 Apartments and only 3 people looking to live in them than the 3 have pricing power and the rents will be low. But if you have 10 people trying to get those 5 Apartments then the Owners have the pricing power and the rents go up. ⬆️
