I was #1 on 2 "BOB" segments last week...the #2 and #4 were in no danger of selling out (SLC).
I actually bought the breakfast "BOB" because I was full in F/C and starving from an early am sign-in.
I probably wouldn't purchase this if I were travelling. I enjoyed the bagel chips and cream cheese but the Craisins were too sweet (added sugar and false strawberry flavoring). I didn't care for them at all. The Nutri-Grain bar was nice. The mint? I don't take them in a restaurant. Kind of a useless afterthought. A piece of sugarless gum might be better.
The dinner one I wouldn't purchase because I don't eat beef. The salami is apparently the best thing on it.
We could probably sell more if it it was "turkey jerky" or turkey pepperoni. Turkey is a less offensive meat than ham or beef.
There are certain markets we fly to where you shouldn't serve pork (and it ain't Hawaii, BTW...LOL!). Umm, check the only 3-class transcons that exist, Centreport.
I've sampled that processed cheese...NASTY!
"Hot component"
We'll probably sell more of. Not a bad deal for $3 compared to BK's airport prices. If they changed it to turkey ham and boiled egg, it would probably sell more.
The turkey wrap appears to be the one from the F/C cold plate cycle and it can be quite good, depending on the catering station.
Many of these catering stations should be told that capers and gorgonzola cheese are accents, not a main ingredient.

If I work more "BOB" flights, I'll keep you posted. Let's see, there is "BOB", and "TED", and Alice, and whats-her-name...this industry is something. Is it Carol?
